The Vegetarian Diet

Different types of vegetarian diets:
- Lacto-vegetarians eat plant foods plus dairy products
- Lacto-ovo vegetarians eat both dairy products and eggs
- Semi-vegetarians usually eats vegetarian, but occasionally eats meat, or someone who doesn't eat red meat but eats other meats.
- Vegans avoid all animal products — no dairy, no eggs — and eat only vegetables, fruits, and grains
- Raw-food vegetarians eat uncooked.
