If you're going to eat bread, eat this bread

I love bread! But, what I love more than a slice of sourdough or wheat, is a sweet slice of banana bread. Here is a great recipe that is fool-proof from Penzy's Spices.

Buttermilk Banana Bread
Servings: 24 slices (loaf)

Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
4 very ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
4 cups of flour
4 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans(4.5x8.5 would work well).
Bake for 1 hour and let cool slightly before removing from the pans and cooling on a wire rack.
