If I Don't Put My Mind To It ...

I didn’t even think about it. I must be training my brain not to eat on Mondays. I went out to lunch with co-workers yesterday and they both ordered yummy meat-filled sandwiches and I ordered a cheese pizza. I wasn’t even thinking at the time of my pledge not to eat meat on Mondays, but sure enough I didn’t Go me!

So, it just proves I can do it … if I don’t put my mind to it.
